Extended Abstracts for the AFP/CAFA meeting

You are encouraged to submit extended abstracts of your work in computational gene and protein function prediction for presentation at the AFP 2012 meeting. The call for abstracts is for all members of the scientific community: those who are participating in the CAFA experiment as well as those who are not. Abstracts will be selected for presentation as talks and/or posters. Important dates.

• April 18, 2012: Deadline for submitting extended abstracts posters & talks
• May 9, 2012: Notifications for accepted abstracts e-mailed to corresponding authors
• May 16, 2012: Deadline for presenters to confirm acceptance of invitation to speak.
• July 14, 2012: AFP SIG preceding ISMB 2012, Long Beach, California
